this isn't just hot air, I'm serious. Jeph introduced me to what I consider to be the best bbq in the DFW metroplex. the meats are to die for. I'm serious. the ribs are huge, the sausage is perfect (though I wonder if they have any honey?) the chicken's seasoned better than any I've ever had before and the "poppers" are just out of this world. (popper = one inch cube of turkey breast wrapped in a jalapeno then wrapped in bacon and grilled. I know.) then there's the free beans (all you can eat) and sandwich bread (bbq staple, another great bbq staple is the lack of a plate. all meats are served on butcher paper and you have to add the sauce, though I hardly did because the meat is so perfect. real bbq. I want some now.) finally banana pudding to round out what would be a life changing meal. oh yeah, did I mention the roasted corn on the cob??? yet to try- steaks, pork chops, brisket, turkey, and kabobs. who wants to go with me?!
